Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your customer portal:

Skip a Delivery: Skip an upcoming order with one click.
Pause Anytime: Pause and resume whenever you want.
Update Payment Method: Easily change your billing info.
Edit Shipping Address: Update your delivery details before renewal.
Adjust Delivery Schedule: Change your frequency or next shipment date.
Swap or Add Items: Make changes to the products in your plan.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time, no commitment required.

To cancel:

Log in to your customer portal.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm your cancellation.

Please note:

Cancellations apply to future renewals.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to the next cycle.

Shipping & Deliveries

Orders ship according to the delivery frequency you choose.
Standard shipping rates apply unless your subscription qualifies for free shipping.
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Please update your address before the next renewal date.
