Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened packages. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.
If you have received your order but no longer wish to keep the item(s), we can offer a full refund provided the return is made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not offer free returns—you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email to confirm whether your return has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
